Osaka on a rainy day
Shopping streets under the ground or under an arcade roof, indoor sights, museums and hot-spring baths. Each place is here because its own listing says so. The lists carry no opening hours, so check each place's site before you go.

The aquarium, and places whose listings say indoor (屋内).
Closing days and hours are on each museum's own site.
