A centre where photographs, film and sound of storm-surge damage and a simulated tsunami let you understand how frightening a tsunami or a storm surge is, and learn what to do to protect yourself, evacuation included. The displays are made to be tried rather than only read, which suits disaster-prevention lessons and school visits.
