About
The Kuchu Teien (floating garden) Observatory in the Umeda Sky Building, a landmark of Umeda in Osaka, spreads over three levels: the 39th floor, the 40th floor and the roof. The see-through escalator that runs from the 35th to the 39th floor is a popular spot for photographs. The cafe space on the indoor observation floor on the 40th has a glass counter 35 metres long, where you can sit as if floating in the sky, and the rooftop observation floor is open air, with a view all the way round.
