Tennoji

About
Tennoji is the south-east corner of the city centre, where the Midosuji and Tanimachi lines meet. Abeno is one stop down the Tanimachi line, and Dobutsuen-mae, for Shinsekai, is about ten minutes' walk west. Abeno Harukas stands 229 m from the station and the Abeno malls, Lucias, Apollo, Hoop and AND, fill the blocks between. On the other side of the station are Tennoji Park and the Keitakuen garden, the Osaka City Museum of Fine Arts and, past them, the zoo.
