Abeno Belta

Abeno Belta stands within the Abeno district Type 2 urban redevelopment project, in block B1 on the south side of the project area, and was completed in January of Showa 61 (1986). It has 17 floors above ground and four below, and is used mainly for housing, shops and offices. Public facilities such as the Abeno Citizens' Learning Centre are also inside it and are used by local people.
