About
An open-air music hall in Osaka Castle Park. It was moved here from Tennoji Park and opened in 1982, and the building, surrounded by trees, sits well with the park. It holds about 3,000 people, with 1,945 chair seats of which 1,834 are fixed and 111 movable, plus lawn seating, and it has sound and lighting equipment. It is used for a wide range of events, among them the Tasogare Concert put on by the Osaka Municipal Symphonic Band, along with other music and lectures.
