Aizen Matsuri 愛染まつり

The temple calls it the start of Osaka's summer festivals. The hōe-kago palanquin parade is at noon on the first day, and the hidden Aizen Myōō is shown on all three days.

On the 12th the shrine's procession goes up Tanimachi-suji to Osaka Castle, 8:30 to 11:30 (the shrine's 2026 notice).

The 24th is the eve, with the Hoko-nagashi rite. On the 25th the land procession, then at night the boat procession on the Ōkawa river and fireworks.
