From Itami Airport into Osaka
Osaka International Airport, called Itami, is north of the city. Both ways in by train start on the Osaka Monorail at the airport's station, Osaka Airport (大阪空港). Pick the one that meets the line you need.
Via Hotarugaike: Monorail and Hankyu
- Osaka Monorail from 大阪空港 to 蛍池, the next stop.
- Change to the Hankyu Takarazuka Line (阪急宝塚線) towards 大阪梅田, the end of the line.

In Osaka
Via Senri-chuo: Monorail and the Midosuji Line
- Osaka Monorail from 大阪空港 to 千里中央, the fourth stop.
- Change to the Kita-Osaka Kyuko (北大阪急行) towards 江坂.
- At Esaka the line meets the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line, whose trains run through onto it: on one of those you can stay aboard into the city, to Shin-Osaka, Umeda, Namba and Tennoji.

By bus
Airport limousine buses also run from the airport into the city. The airport lists where they go and where to board on its own site; it asks that its content not be copied, so it is not repeated here.
