Tempozan Giant Ferris Wheel

A wheel 112.5 m high and 100 m across, among the largest in the world, standing right beside Kaiyukan. One turn takes about 15 minutes, and on a clear day the view reaches the Ikoma mountains to the east, the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge to the west, Kansai International Airport to the south and the Rokko mountains to the north. Three of the 60 cabins are barrier-free and can be boarded in a wheelchair, and commentary in Japanese and English plays inside the cabin during the ride. The lighting, in many colours of LED, also announces the next day's weather forecast, and its light colours Osaka Port at night.
