Kagaya Shinden Kaisho

Kagaya Shinden Kaisho is the restored and maintained building and garden that Kagaya Jinbei built as an administrative office and secondary residence for managing the Kagaya Shinden, the reclaimed rice fields he had developed. On the site, the sukiya-style tea house Homeitei, the shoin and the residence were designated tangible cultural properties of the city (buildings) in Heisei 13 (2001), and the site of the kaisho is designated a historic site.
