    "description_ja": "竣工当時、まだ和風の木造建築が多く、和風建築が重宝がられていた時代のなか、南米マヤ･インカの装飾を纏った鉄筋コンクリートづくりの芝川ビルは誕生した。洋館を建てる前、屋根は木で壁は銅を貼っただけのものであった為、又四郎は防火上の危機感から耐震･耐火性に優れている鉄筋コンクリートへビルを建て替えた。竣工当時は自家用として使用する予定であったが余裕があった為に、教育に関心を持っていた又四郎の意向によって、花嫁学校｢芝蘭社家政学園｣として使用された。この学園は1929年～閉校の1943年迄、関西の名門女学校を卒業したお嬢様、いわゆる\"いとさん\"3,000名程が卒業。女子短大のはしりとも言われる。現在は屋上テラスで不定期にイベントが開催され、また味のうるさい大阪人を黙らせる各飲食ショップなどが入居。新たな可能性にチャレンジしているビルとして、熱い注目を浴びている。",
    "description_en": "The Shibakawa Building was born in reinforced concrete, dressed in the Maya and Inca ornament of South America, at a time when wooden buildings in the Japanese manner were still common and were prized. Before the Western-style house was built the roof was of wood and the walls only clad in copper, so Matashiro, uneasy about fire, rebuilt in reinforced concrete, which resists earthquake and fire better. It was meant for the family's own use, but as there was room to spare, and Matashiro had an interest in education, it was used as a school for brides, the Shiransha Kaseigakuen. From 1929 until the school closed in 1943 about 3,000 young women, graduates of prestigious Kansai girls' schools, daughters of good families known in Osaka as itosan, finished their studies there, and the school is called a forerunner of the women's junior college. The rooftop terrace now holds events from time to time, and restaurants and shops have taken space in the building.",
    "description_ko": "준공 당시는 아직 일본식 목조 건축이 많고 귀하게 여겨지던 때였는데, 시바카와 빌딩은 남미 마야·잉카의 장식을 두른 철근 콘크리트 건물로 태어났어요. 양관을 짓기 전에는 지붕이 나무이고 벽은 구리를 붙였을 뿐이어서, 마타시로는 방화상 위기감을 느껴 내진·내화에 뛰어난 철근 콘크리트로 건물을 새로 지었어요. 준공 때는 자가용으로 쓸 예정이었지만 여유가 있어서, 교육에 관심이 있던 마타시로의 뜻에 따라 신부 학교 '시란샤 가세이가쿠엔'으로 쓰였어요. 이 학교는 1929년부터 폐교한 1943년까지 간사이 명문 여학교를 나온, 이른바 '이토상'이라 불리던 아가씨 3,000여 명을 배출했고, 여자 단기대학의 시초로도 불려요. 지금은 옥상 테라스에서 부정기적으로 행사가 열리고, 여러 음식점과 상점이 입주해 있어요.",
    "description_zh": "竣工之时，日式木造建筑仍然常见且受推崇，而芝川大楼却以披着南美玛雅、印加装饰的钢筋混凝土建筑问世。建洋楼之前，屋顶为木造、墙面只贴了铜板，又四郎出于防火上的危机感，便改建为抗震抗火性能更好的钢筋混凝土大楼。竣工时原打算自用，但因空间有余，关心教育的又四郎便将其用作新娘学校“芝兰社家政学园”。该学园自1929年至1943年停办为止，约有3,000名毕业于关西名门女校的小姐，也就是大阪所称的“いとさん”（大小姐），从这里结业，它也被称为女子短期大学的先声。如今楼顶露台不定期举办活动，楼内也进驻了多家餐饮店铺。",
