    "description_en": "Kyuhojibashi Bridge crosses the Higashi-Yokobori River and is one of the old bridges that date from Hideyoshi's time. One account traces the name to the temple Kyuhoji, said to have stood on the west side of the bridge; another to the many people from Kyuhoji village in Kawachi who moved here when the Dotonbori canal was dug in Keicho 7. In the Edo period it was a wooden bridge about 42 m long and 3.6 m wide, and on the east side was Zaimokuhama, where bamboo and timber were traded. The west side led into the centre of Semba and was close to Shinmachi and Dotonbori, so it was busy with komamono dealers selling accessories and other small goods and with the craftsmen who worked with them. The bridge today is a Gerber type (cantilever) reinforced concrete bridge 41.52 m long and 12.50 m wide, with three spans and two piers standing in between. The railings and other details are coloured deep green, and the lighting standards, plain in design, catch the eye.",

    "description_zh": "久宝寺桥架于东横堀川之上，是自秀吉时代留存下来的古桥之一。桥名的由来有两说：一说源自据传位于桥西侧的久宝寺，一说因庆长七年开凿道顿堀川时，河内久宝寺村的许多人迁居此地。江户时代是桥长约42米、宽约3.6米的木桥，东侧为材木滨，进行竹木交易；西侧连接船场中心，又邻近新町、道顿堀，售卖饰品等的小间物商与相关工匠云集，十分热闹。现在的桥为桥长41.52米、宽12.50米的三跨（中途立有两座桥墩）格伯式（悬臂式）钢筋混凝土桥。栏杆等配以深绿色，造型简洁的照明灯颇为醒目。",
