    "description_ja": "浄土真宗本願寺派の寺院です。天正19年（1591）に大阪の地でお念仏の灯を護るため、門徒によって坊舎が建てられます。慶長2年（1597）に津村郷と呼ばれていた現在の地に移り、北御堂と呼ばれるようになりました。南御堂（難波別院）と並んで大阪の人々に親しまれていますが、昭和20年（1945）大阪大空襲により全焼します。昭和39年（1964）に近代的大殿堂として再建され、現在に至ります。なお南北両御堂を結ぶ道は、この両御堂にちなみ御堂筋と呼ばれるようになりました。",
    "description_en": "A temple of the Jodo Shinshu Honganji school. In Tensho 19 (1591) followers built a lodging here to keep the light of the nenbutsu burning in Osaka. In Keicho 2 (1597) it moved to its present site, then called Tsumura-go, and came to be known as Kita-Mido, the north hall. Along with Minami-Mido, the south hall (Namba Betsu-in), it has long been close to the people of Osaka. It burned down completely in the Osaka air raids of 1945 and was rebuilt in 1964 as a modern hall, which is what stands today. The street that links the two Mido came to be called Midosuji after them.",
    "description_ko": "정토진종 혼간지파 사원이에요. 덴쇼 19년(1591) 오사카 땅에서 염불의 등불을 지키려고 신도들이 승방을 세웠어요. 게이초 2년(1597) 쓰무라고라 불리던 지금 자리로 옮기면서 기타미도(북쪽 미도)로 불리게 됐어요. 미나미미도(난바 별원)와 함께 오사카 사람들에게 친숙한 절인데, 1945년 오사카 대공습으로 전소됐고 1964년 현대식 대전당으로 재건돼 지금에 이르고 있어요. 두 미도를 잇는 길은 이 두 절의 이름을 따 미도스지로 불리게 됐어요.",
    "description_zh": "净土真宗本愿寺派的寺院。天正十九年（1591），信徒们为在大阪守护念佛之灯而建起坊舍。庆长二年（1597）迁至当时称作津村乡的现址，此后被称为“北御堂”。它与“南御堂”（难波别院）同为大阪人熟悉的寺院，1945年大阪大空袭中全部烧毁，1964年重建为现代化大殿堂，延续至今。连接南北两座御堂的道路，也因这两座御堂而得名“御堂筋”。",
