    "description_ja": "1591年、金戒光明寺第24世縁譽休岸上人により「大福寺」として創建されましたが、西方の景色が中国の経山寺に劣らぬことから寺号を「銀山寺（ぎんざんじ）」へと改名する事を豊臣秀吉から命じられました。秀吉の守り本尊と伝わる雨宝童子、秀吉の肖像画、朱印九州攻陣立書、天皇のみが用いる草履「御召緒太」などが伝わります（一部大阪城にて保存）。創建当時の木造阿弥陀如来立像は、右肩背面に貝殻が付着しており、海中から引き上げられた事を物語っています。現在の本尊は恵心僧都源信作と伝わっています。著名人墓としては、俳人岡西惟中、お千代・半兵衛比翼塚・身ごもっていた子、文楽人形遣いで人間国宝の初代吉田玉男の墓があります。春には桜が咲き乱れ、参拝者の目を楽しませてくれます。",
    "description_en": "Founded in 1591 as Daifukuji by Enyo Kyugan Shonin, the 24th head priest of Konkai Komyoji. Because the view to the west was no less fine than that of Kyozanji in China, Toyotomi Hideyoshi ordered that the temple's name be changed to Ginzanji. Handed down here are the Uho Doji said to have been Hideyoshi's personal image of protection, a portrait of Hideyoshi, a vermilion-seal battle order for the Kyushu campaign, and Omeshi Oboso, the straw sandals used only by emperors; some are kept at Osaka Castle. The wooden standing statue of Amida Nyorai from the time of the founding has shells stuck to the back of its right shoulder, which shows that it was raised from the sea. The present principal image is said to be the work of Eshin Sozu Genshin. Among the graves of well-known people are those of the haiku poet Okanishi Ichu, the joint mound of Ochiyo and Hanbei and the child she was carrying, and Yoshida Tamao I, the bunraku puppeteer and Living National Treasure. Cherry trees bloom in the grounds in spring.",
